Let to the Co-Op
This High Street retail shop in Wigan, which was occupied by Co-op pharmacy, was part of a portfolio of 10 properties which we bought. All the shops were quite small and all were let to Co-op pharmacy. We like shops occupied by companies like Co-op and other big names like Boots, Barclays Bank, Vodafone, Costa Coffee, Ladbrokes, Tesco, Majestic Wine and Subway.
