Shop buyers are still investing in auctions and with some properties, still paying reasonably high prices.

This breed of investors, who look to buy shops of less than £500,000 are still on the hunt for bargains yet still prepared to pay market prices.  As a seller, how do you find these shop buyers if you do not want to place your property in an auction?  Call us, as we are looking to buy shops and are very interested in high street freehold properties which are income producing and let to the likes of Ladbrokes, Tote, William Hill, Boots, Carphone Warehouse, W H Smith, Pizza Hut, Kwik Fit and many more household names.
