Tenants of high street shops are going out of business, owners of vacant shops are finding it difficult to find tenants and offices are sitting empty as many people still want to work from home. All these factors are causing commercial property prices to fall and people are starting to panic.

Some people who can sell now for a profit delay selling and in time discover that their property is worth less than they paid for it. They then regret not selling earlier and either make a loss or keep their properties and have to wait years for prices to recover.
